How do I share images with many Reports? ADV

This is an ADVANCED FEATURE.

Warning: DO NOT MOVE, COPY, EDIT or DELETE an image in the Report and Run Directories!

How do I use the same images across many reports?

1. Create or choose a report in Report and Run
2. Open your phone's file browser, e.g., "My Files"
3. Tap on "Device Storage"
4. Scroll down and find the "Report and Run" directory and tap on it
5. Tap on the desired folder containing the Reports
6. Tap on the report folder containing the desired images
7. Scroll through the images until you find what you want
8. Long press on the image until it is checked
9. Tap on the Share Icon
10. Scroll through the list of apps and tap on Report and Run
11. Report and Run will open
12. Select the Report Group and Report that you want to import the images into
13. The "Confirm Import" screen will open
14. Tap the Tick to confirm the import

Pro-Tip

• You can select multiple images at the same time and import them together.
• You can also access the SD Card and import images.
