How do I save PDFs to my phone?

Use multiple apps:

1. You will need to download a file manager app like "FileManager+" that is capable of receiving and saving files to your phone's storage.
2. Open "Report and Run"
3. Locate the report you want to save to your phone's storage
4. Generate a PDF for that report
5. Tap "Share"
6. Your file manager app should appear - select it
7. You should be able to choose which folder you want to save the PDF report in
8. You can now access that file from the file manager

Pro-Tip:

• You can access your PDFs in Report and Run directly from other apps, e.g., when adding multiple PDFs to an email.
