Download report from cloud as zip file

Hello there,

just started to use the new cloud version of the app.

I would like to suggest a feature to be able to download the pictures of a report in one click (maybe as a zip), so I can archive locally all my reports and free space on the cloud side, since storage is limited to only 500 pictures.

For total lossless archiving it would be nice to download also the database containing the notes and structure of the report (could it be the jrep?)

  Hi Stefano,

  Apologies for the late reply! You are the first person to use this space, but we will check it regularly from now on.

  I have marked this as planned because we have plans to introduce different export options from the web.

  FYI:

  • You can use the .jrep files for archiving, but they are mobile-only at the moment. They are actually zip files with the images stored inside and a .json file with all of the data for that report. (JSON report => jRep)
  • We have just put out a new release (14/04/19) for the Android version of the app that let's users upgrade their image capacity in smaller increments. Go to "Space" > "Show Details" > "Upgrade".
