How do I add notes/text to images?

Its all about localizing your description:

1. Go to the report Item you wish to note
2. Long press on the image or an annotation (arrow, circle, etc...)
3. The "Add Note" screen appears
4. Tap on the text line and your keyboard shows up
5. Type in your information
6. When you are finished, tap "OK"
7. You can now touch the new note and move it about

How about editing your note:

1. Go to the report Item you wish to note
2. Tap the note you wish to edit
3. The "Edit Note" screen appears
4. Tap on the text line and your keyboard shows up
5. Type in your new information.
6. When you are finished, tap "OK"
7. You can now touch the new note and move it about.

Pro-Tip:

• If you type in more than 11 characters, the note will appear under the comment line.
• You can put multiple notes on the same annotation (arrow, circle, etc...).
• To access long notes under the comment line, use your finger to scroll to the bottom of the page.
• You can edit these long notes by tapping the text under the comment line.
