Reusable Text (Text templates)

You can save commonly used phrases and chunks of text as text templates. These templates are available to the members of your space and can be inserted in the descriptions of images and paragraphs of text.

1. Open the cloud interface app.reportandrun.com

2. Navigate to the text template page

3. Create a Text Template

4. Fill out the details of template

• the title which is visible on the phone
• the contents which are inserted into the image
• the scope which is where this template can be used, i.e., images, paragraphs of text or introductions of reports

5. Open the app to use the template

• open an image
• tap the template button
• select a template
